We strive to ship all orders received within 72 hours, but please note that shipping times are estimates and we ask for your patience during sales periods. We will send an initial email confirming receipt of your order, then another email confirming shipment, we ask you to refer to the additional information on shipping your order. For orders for pre-ordered products we will endeavour to send them on the first available date, as stated in the order of these items. shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order.

Order Cancellation
